Doctor Sjaan Gerth

Dr. Gerth received his medical undergraduate, Doctor of Medicine, from the University of Toronto and completed his residency at the University of Toronto-St. Michael’s Hospital.  He is interested in family medicine and currently provides walk in clinic and preventative health services at our East Liberty Medical Clinic

Dr. Gerth holds certification by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and holds an independent license to practice issued by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.

Doctor De Los Santos

Dr. De Los Santos received her medical undergraduate, Doctor of Medicine, from Western University and completed her residency at University of Toronto.  Dr. De Los Santos provides  family medicine care and works closely with other medical professionals to provide her patients with the best possible care  at our East Liberty Medical Clinic.

Dr. De Los Santos holds certification by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and holds an independent license to practice issued by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.

Doctor David Nwankwo

Dr. Nwankwo received his medical undergraduate, Doctor of Medicine and  completed his Residency at the University of Alberta.  He is interested in family medicine and preventative health services at our East Liberty Medical Clinic.

Dr. Nwankwo  holds certification by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and holds an independent license to practice issued by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.

Doctor Haley Draper

Dr. Draper received her Doctor of Medicine and completed her residency at University of Toronto.  She is interested in family medicine and works closely with other medical professionals to provide her patients with the best possible care.  Dr. Draper has a special interest in women’s health services such as IUD insertion.  She provides walk in clinic services, acute care and family medicine care at the East Liberty Medical Clinic which serves the downtown Toronto community.

Dr. Draper holds certification by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and holds an independent license to practice issued by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.

Doctor Michelle Cohen

Dr. Cohen received her Doctor of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Toronto. She currently provides walk in clinic and family medicine at our East Liberty Medical Clinic. She also performs minor procedures such as IUD insertion, joint injections, and small mole/lesion removal.

Dr. Cohen holds certification by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and holds an independent license to practice issued by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.

Doctor Nadine Gebara

Dr. Gebara received her  medical undergraduate, Doctor of Medicine, from McMaster University and completed her residency at  University of Toronto. She is interested in family medicine and provides walk in clinic services and preventative health services at the East Liberty Medical Clinic.
